Group Home Intentsive Care

Group care intensive (GCIS) programs provide activities to include behavioral management, life skills, independence, recreational, educational, and vocational services. Our small, highly structured environment supports the development of appropriate behaviors, social skills, emotional growth, and satisfactory family and community relationships. Each consumer’s participation will be monitored through daily progress notes, weekly progress summaries, and weekly meetings with staff. An individual plan of care is monitored and updated by the lead clinical staff. We have five-bed group homes serving adolescent males (ages 12-21) with 24-hour supervision with a one staff to five consumer ratio.
